  1. Are there different levels of VIP?

    While there are not different levels within VIP, we do offer Platinum Tickets as a separate upgrade from our VIP Tickets.

  2. Is there a special entrance for Platinum and VIP guests? 

    Yes! Skip the line and enter the festival through the PLATINUM & VIP ONLY entrance lanes located at the main festival entrance.

  3. Loa VIP and House of Blues Foundation Room

    The VIP Loa Lounge is a private and secluded area with access to the House of Blues Foundation Room with shaded and relaxed seating, food trucks, cash bars, air-conditioned restrooms, and more!

  4. LOA VIP and Foundation Room Lounge & Platinum Lounge Hours

    The VIP Loa and Foundation Room Lounge is open 12PM-11PM, Friday-Saturday, and 12PM-9PM on Sunday. The Platinum Lounge is open 12PM-11PM, Friday-Saturday, and 12PM-9PM on Sunday.

  5. VIP Access & Viewing

    VIP Ticket holders have access to an exclusive viewing deck overlooking the main stage which is attached to the VIP Loa Lounge. If you are looking for a viewing area separate from general admission, Platinum Tickets have access to a viewing area separate from GA directly in front of every stage.

  6. Platinum Access & Viewing

    Platinum viewing areas are available at each of the four main stages. These barricaded areas are standing-room only and are located directly in front of each stage. Check out the official festival map for additional reference.

  7. Will I have stage access with my VIP or Platinum Ticket?

    Stage access is not available. Platinum viewing areas are designed to be the best seat in the house. It doesn’t get any better than front row!

  8. Can I bring my child with me to the VIP or Platinum Lounge?

    Yes. Children 10 years old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult.

  9. Do you sell 1-Day VIP or Platinum Tickets?

    No, we do not offer single-day tickets for VIP or Platinum Tickets.

  10. Do you offer group discounts?

    We do not offer group discounts of any kind, but we can absolutely facilitate a large ticket order for the price per ticket listed on our website. For more information on group ticket purchase, please contact VIP@voodoofestival.com or Platinum@voodoofestival.com.

  11. Do you offer a payment plan?

    We do offer a payment plan for your wristband to the festival. The payment plan option can be selected during the transaction process online. For more information about the payment plan, and existing orders on a payment plan, please contact our official ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets via http://support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).

  12. Wristband Information

    You will receive ONE wristband for each 3-Day Platinum or VIP Ticket purchase.

    Scanners are usually on your right when you enter/exit. So we recommend placing the wristband on your right wrist for your convenience. But, of course, it’s up to you.

    Your wristband is already activated for festival entry. However, we strongly encourage wristband registration so that the RFID is personally linked to you in case of any issues. An activation link will be sent closer to the festival.  Also, don’t forget to sign up for Voodoo Cashless- it’s the easy way to pay for goods, grub, merch and more with the tap of a wrist!

    All of our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is to ensure reliability and legitimacy of each ticket sold.

    We require all ticket buyers to retrieve their tickets personally and bring corresponding identification. If alternate arrangements are necessary due to an unforeseen issue, please contact VIP@voodoofestival.com or Platinum@voodoofestival.com to request an accommodation.
